This was a nice place to stay for our family visit to the Wilmington area. We wanted to stay near the water and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was super comfortable and the view was lovely. It is a close walk to the beach and there is a pool. I actually wish we got to spend a bit more time there!

Great rental!
The property is very spacious with a really nice layout. The balcony out back is a perfect place to relax as it looks over the water and it’s a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay at Carolina Beach
House was as advertised and a great location for everything Carolina Beach has to offer. The kids enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and pool. Barry responded quickly to any questions we had. We will be staying again on our next trip!

Perfect location
First, Barry was an extremely accommodating host, and really quick to respond with any questions. His location is perfect as it provided a view of a marina area while only being a block or two from the beach. It was so tastefully decorated and we will definitely come back.

I took my sister to stay two nights for her birthday. The place was well kept, clean, decorated nicely and comfortable. Communication was great with the host. We LOVED the pool and the view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views of the sound, perfect for drinking our coffee to in the AM. Close walk to the beach which was great with young children. The big for our kids was the pool on property! We will definitely be back.

Great location!
Only complaint is there was stinky trash left in the house but with a storm the week before, who knows what happened. Everything else was clean and pool was a our favorite part.

We will definitely be back!
Such a great spot! We had everything we needed and the communication with the host was excellent. We will be back next summer. The only complaint (not really even a complaint) would be the WiFi… it’s not the best, but we didn’t go to the beach to be on our phones!

It was a little walk to the beach but not so bad. The condo was very nice, but the pots and pans were very old and in bad shape when we went to cook with them. The owner was very good with communication. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our long weekend away! The condo was nice and comfortable. We did not cook while we were there, so I can't review the use of the kitchen. The view from the deck is nice and we enjoyed that space, a lot.

Overall we enjoyed this property. It was in a great location. It met out needs. Kitchen could use some basic stuff for cooking like a can opener. And the baths could use mats (had to use a towel) But overall great place and would stay here again.

The place was nice , great view of the inlet and pool area. Short walk to public beach area, just 2 streets over . Could not get TV to work at all , very poor internet signal but we managed and stayed on the go most of the time . I would recommend this property to others cause it was a nice place and very friendly neighbors

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay the duration we had planned on due to tropical storm Ophelia. Our one night in the condo was fun & comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful view, although when the unit to the left is occupied, there is little privacy when wanting to sit on the deck.
