Summary:
Happy as a Clam is a brand new 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury townhouse built in 2022 with custom finishes throughout. Pride of ownership throughout this home, and we hope you feel welcome when you stay! Enjoy the reverse floorplan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Several private patios to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! Great central location, and you'll love the proximity to the beach! Outdoor shower and you need to do some remote work, there are two desks and fast wifi!

Other Things to Note:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay
