- PERFECT LOCATION: Located across the street (not a busy street) from the beach with public access. Back deck and living room have peek-a-boo views of the beach. Corner Unit "I" (Northside of complex), nearest Carolina Beach BLVD.

-Access to the island greenway for walking/biking.

-Within a 10min walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, the famous BRITTS Donuts, shopping, and nightlife.

- Large second floor deck with outdoor sofas and lounge chairs.
-Outdoor shower
- All bedrooms are located on the top floor so your early risers won’t bother those sleeping in.

- Pet friendly for friendly pets! Please message us for pet approval PRIOR to booking. Non-refundable pet fee of $175 applies. Pets MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted. Please review the house rules for our full pet policy.

-ONLY TWO VEHICLES ALLOWED AT ONE TIME.

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, wine glasses, pots/pans, & dishes

- Well stocked with appliances (full size fridge, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer)

- Master bedroom includes a King bed.
- Second bedroom includes a bunk bed (two full size)
-Third bedroom includes a queen bed

- High-speed WiFi

- Flat screen, smart Roku TV's mounted in two of the bedrooms on swivel mounts (Netflix, Hulu, included). Large flatscreen TV in the living area, and we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services of provided.

- We supply bed linens & bath towels & Beach towels.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

Location is great. Value for money was great. Community pool is very small but clean and nice. There is one full bath on the floor with all three bedrooms. The other full bath is on the main floor, where the kitchen and living space are.

Fantastic end of summer trip!

Great last minute trip before back to school! EXCELLENT location, steps to beach! Clean and comfortable rental for our family and dog. We have stayed at CB for more than 18 years and this rental will definitely be in our top picks!

The check in was easy with great communication from host. We arrived at our wonderful beach house which included kitchen needs as well as beach/ pool towels. Our family had a wonderful time with a great pool to dip into. Brining our dogs along was a great bonus as well.

Very Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay. We had just enough room. It was rainy so we didn't get to enjoy many of the outside amenities. The pool looked a little on the small side but we enjoyed the beach which was not to far away. Thanks again for your hospitality We definitely would think about staying again when back in the area.

Couldn't ask for more!

My family and friends stayed here (7 total) for a weekend and it couldn't have been better. Rooms were accommodating and clean, enough bath and beach towels were supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal for the party also. The main thing that won is over to this place was that it was pet friendly. It was difficult to find a place that allowed pets but also had everything else we wanted for a large party, so huge points for that. Overall, highly recommend!

Fall Vacation

The owner was very responsive. The place was nice with three bedrooms could use mirrors in bedrooms. The lock stopped working first thing the morning of checkout. Luckily not all of us went on the morning walk so we could still get in. Location was great to access beach. We saw surfers and dolphins! Disappointing that Carolina Beach area was a ghost town in mid-October, everything seemed to be closed for the season. We would recommend this place to others needing a place to stay in the Wilmington area.

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniels condo. The downstairs is very spacious and the bedrooms are very adequate size. Daniel has great communication and even allowed us to check in a little early. There was a mild Mia communication without the cleaning company and he made it better by allowing us a late checkout as well as a very generous “sorry gift”. The proximity to the beach access couldn’t be any better. The only downfall of the entire weekend is the parking is tight and is limited to 2 vehicles and doesn’t allow for a golf cart to be parked in front of vehicles due to HOA issues. Non of which are of Daniels fault.

Great Beach Getaway!

The property is exactly as described and just a quick walk to the beach, which is a bigger deal in this area than some. ALL beach parking when you are not staying right on the beach requires a $35 a day parking just to use the public access, so being just right there was a bigger advantage than we even knew. We stayed during Hurricane Helene and we did lose internet for half the stay, however, the host provided as much info as possible and had no control in the circumstance. I had a minor issue with the door lock and the host immediately contacted me to offer assistance and even checked in later to make sure things were okay. The place was and so comfy! The huge couch allowed us all to stretch out together and enjoy our family time. The kitchen had everything anyone would ever need. It felt more like home than a vacation place…in the best possible way. We plan on coming back and will come to this same place again!
