Two bedrooms have king size beds with flat screen TV's. Third bedroom has a queen size bed. Single roll away bed and comfortable couch. Central Heating and Air. 55” LG TV in the living room and wireless internet, books for your reading pleasure and assortment of games. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances. Kitchen has four stools along the granite counter and dining table that seats four. Ocean front with private beach access. Beach chairs and some beach toys provided. Ocean front covered deck with four person table and chairs. Enjoy breakfast while watching the waves in the ocean. Master Bedroom and Second bedroom has its own private deck.

Awesome stay.
This was our first visit to the area but it won’t be the last. We had a wonderful time just hanging out and relaxing. Great location; and the condo is well stocked with things to make a stay comfortable. Sitting on the deck enjoying the sounds of the ocean was our favorite pastime.

Beach Vacay!
Wonderful stay at Janets' place. It was a perfect location to enjoy the beach and relax. The condo was as pictured and our family of 6 fit comfortably in it. Carolina Beach was relaxing and had great restaurants. Will definitely be returning to Carolina Beach and Janets!

Went with a party of 4 and felt like we had space for plenty more. Walking distance to “boardwalk” area but without the crowded beach. Great outdooor space and easy access to beach! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Probably one of the best places to stay for the location and price point. The unit was fully stocked with everything you need, plenty of linens. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated which was nice.

Excellent ocean-front condo within walking distance to heart of Carolina Beach
Janet's place was awesome, and was just what we needed for a short getaway for our family of four. It was right on the ocean, the place was modern and had all the amenities you would expect, and was within walking distance of the shops/restaurants/Britts Donuts. Janet was very responsive to any questions we had before or during the stay, and was a wonderful host. I highly recommend this condo, and we can't wait to come back.

Thanksgiving weekend get away
We enjoyed our stay! The place was nicely stocked and we enjoyed being oceanfront very much! Loved being between the north pier and boardwalk - both a beautiful and easy walk! The shared hall bathroom drain is very hard to open/close - could use a little maintenance. Also just know that this unit is ground floor and guests will reside above you and you may hear pitter/patter from that! All said this is a comfortable place to stay in a nice location!!

Great vacation!
The condo was nicely furnished. The living space was very spacious, and the bedrooms were a good size. The view to the ocean from this first floor unit is only the ocean and not the beach because of the high sand dunes. Was easy walking distance to the boardwalk. The staff and the owner were friendly and easy to work with when coordinating the arrangements. Overall a great vacation, and I would definitely stay there again!

Family Gathering
My son and his wife and two children stayed at this location, 2 blocks from my home. It is a lovely condo on the first floor with a beautiful oceanfront view. The condo had everything they needed and plenty of room for the rest of the family to make it our central location. We had as many as 8 adults and children there during the day for games, meals, and playing at the beach. It was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family.

Great Location
Location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It’s only up one flight of stairs, directly on the beach and a three minute walk to a little convenience store/cafe. Communication with the property manager was great. Only small problems were that the cleaners were not ready even though we checked in an hour later, so our parking spaces were taken and it was a little confusing what was happening. Also, they are aware of the issue so maybe it’s being fixed but after multiple attempts, the dishwasher did not work for us.

WhiteCaps Condo Unit
This was our fisrt time staying in a duplex / condo. We normally do private homes. Home itself was very nice. Great location. Unfortunately the upstairs neighbors was a very large group and very loud. Needless to say had to stay away to get any peacefulness. Which also made the parking worse since they had more than the 2 car per unit limit. Also they left belongings everyday in the driveway making it difficult to get out. We personally will stick to single family homes.

Family beach trip
We enjoyed our stay here and found the property to be as advertised. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond. The property is large with a really large front covered deck, which is shaded except for early morning. You don’t have much of a beach view because of the dunes, but still enjoyed the ocean views and sounds.Easy quick access to the beach!! The living room area was a good size. The sofa and chairs are dated but adequate for “ beach life”.The kitchen was large with all the essentials. The bedrooms were a good size and slept well. The balcony off the second king bedroom was very small, standing room only. There is construction next door but didn’t bother us. Having a washer/dryer is a bonus! Overall we were very pleased with the property and location. Beware of parking fees around the boardwalk!!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room and the convenience of a kitchen with pots, pans, and dishes. Many of our meals were taken on the balcony. We appreciated the access to beach chairs.
