* Management will reside on the property in a separate dwelling for any needed repairs.
🚭This is a Non-Smoking, No Party & No Pets home. 🚫

The Flotilla is a 1500 sqft home that consists of 4 bed, all bedrooms have King beds, 2 full baths, the living room has 1 queen sleeper sofa. The home has a full kitchen and dining room. Linens are included for all beds and bathrooms (1 blanket, 1 sheet set, 2 pillows per bed & 8 towels per bathroom).

The home has a shared wall, like a duplex with another vrbo, it is located on the right side of the main home. There will be no contact or communication between you and the other vrbo, everything has its own private entrance and patio, nothing is shared. Each bedroom has a new Roku smart Tv's with Netflix.

The left side of the property is sectioned off for the use of the property managers so they can provide fast and accurate services if needed.

⭐️ The home sleep 8 adults comfortably, the maximum number of allowed guests is 12. Although we allow 12 guests, we only supply lines for up to 8 guests. You are responsible for additional guest sleeping accommodations and additional linens. PLEASE READ THE "WE PROVIDE " SECTION BELOW

🥳children are welcome in the home, but must ALWAYS be under adult supervision.
The home has a beautiful sun porch, a 6 ft privacy fenced in courtyard, along with a grilling / picnic area with chairs and a picnic table . We are located 6 blocks from the beach access and the boardwalk, 2 blocks from the local park with a walking/bike trail, dog park, soccer fields, baseball fields, Skate board park, tennis and basketball courts.

⭐️Parking & Entrance to the Home ⭐️
🚗 4 car max. Parking is directly in front of the home in the circular driveway. The Left side of the circular driveway is for management parking / 24-hour access to the property.
PLEASE do not BLOCK this part of the driveway.

🔑 Entry to the home is key-less allowing you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule . The key-less code will be sent to you by 4pm in a VRBO message the day of your arrival.

🚲 Activities / Places around ⛱
Mike chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3-mile paved walking / bike trail.
We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events.

It is very easy to get around the Island. Most people travel by bike, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Rentals and Sun fun rentals. You can bike or golf cart to all destination on Carolina beach.

*We are also close to Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike several trails, launch your boat and Kayak.

*There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo night, fireworks every Thursday, free movies at the lake and free summer concerts. More info. about events, restaurants and activities will be provided in the home when you arrive.

My family enjoyed 😉 this place nice and big for a large family like mine everything nice and clean alot of food and activities are just 5 to 15 minutes from the house 6 block from the beaches ⛱️ we had a blast at this place will visited again i give it a 9/10 only because the grill lol we used alot of gas grill but it wasn't no problem still got it done.

House was beautiful, spacious, loved the backyard and sunroom; only issue was lack of sheets and pillows (if having more than 8 people staying); not enough trash bags; no paper towels; no bodywash, no shampoo or conditioner; needed a little bit more dishwashing pods, or there should be a list of items that will not be provided so guests know to bring in advance; other than that everything was absolutely amazing!

Great weekend trip!
This place was great for what our group needed. It is centrally located on the island which makes everything just minutes away but in a more residential area so it was quiet and relaxing! The listing mentions another rental and management would be on the property, completely separate from this rental. This was true but we never saw or heard any other guests or management, felt like we had the property to ourselves! Check-in and check-out were easy.

Great house with plenty of room
We received communication regarding our stay immediately and prior to check-in to include the door code. There was plenty of parking and plenty of space in the home itself. We enjoyed the covered/enclosed back patio as well as the uncovered part of the outside area including the picnic table, which my children really enjoyed. They also came in handy after a trip to the ocean because we could hang out outside until it was our turn in the showers and there were plenty of places to let our clothes/towels dry enough to shake off sand. The washer and dryer came in handy as well! The only thing that may be a negative point for some was the proximity to the beach, since it was 6 blocks away. However, we appreciated the calm of the neighborhood and being away from the traffic on the main road. We just drove and parked closer which worked better for us than walking with kiddos. The beds were comfy, kitchen was well-equipped, and the decor was inviting. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this place again!

The owners was very helpful during the whole process including alternative parking. The house was very spacious for the amount of guests we had. The house was fully stocked with glasses, dishes etc. Would strongly recommend to family and friends.

The Flotilla was amazing
The Flotilla surpassed all my expectations. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. There is enough room that in our group of 8 it was easy to find a nook for privacy or quiet. the patio and backyard are great entertaining spaces, the kitchen is big enough to be the center of interaction and the dining room was large enough for meals and evening games and fellowship. The living room or den was not large but accommodating and was comfortable as a 4th bedroom. I loved how all of the availible streaming services were logged in to a home account so that purging your own accounts at the end of the trip wasnt a thought. The bathrooms were clean and very comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. This home is further from the beach than some people would prefer but the neighborhood is quiet, and distance from the beach is deffinatley factored into the more than reasonable price of the rental. I have no complaints only suggestions. We did spend time on the beach so a broom to sweep up sand and a fully enclosed outdoor shower would put this place over the top. Checkin/out was simple and communication with property managers was easy and professional. Everything you need is in the blue notebooks. I go to Carolina beach every summer and despite being further from the ocean than I prefer this was one of the 2 best rentals I've ever stayed in.

Beautiful and well organized house
This house was perfect. Everything you needed to know was in the notebook on the table. It was clean and well organized. The layout was just perfect. We were supposed to be coming out for a girls weekend but my sister passed away the night before we were supposed to check in. We all eventually decided that she would be devastated if we didn’t go because she had put so much planning into our Saturday brunch with cheese and fruit trays she had pre-ordered from Publix and all the ingredients to make mimosas. We all made our way out there despite having gotten zero sleep and most of us forgot to pack half of our necessities (but none of us forgot the same things so we made it work). My Mom ended up coming because my sister could no longer physically be there and the bed was big enough that we could share it with my other sister in case we woke up in the middle of the night crying (which happened often). We all fell in love with the house and we hope to rent it each year to bring my family back to celebrate my sister’s life and reflect on her very unexpected death.

Absolutely wonderful
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The home was perfect and had everything we needed, and then some. Our hosts were responsive and even helped us with an extra bed since the air mattress we brought was not functioning. It seems that the hosts had thought of every detail to make sure all guests are well cared for. Many towels and even detergent for the washer. Very thoughtful. The beds were comfortable and we felt rested every morning. We will most definitely keep coming back!
