"The house and garden were really pleasant to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed, very private and well-kept garden and the lovely thrushes on the lawn in the evening. Maria José the owner is delightful - friendly, efficient and brimming over with knowledge and enthusiasm about the area. There was a puzzling shortage of basic kitchen equipment - wine glasses and bowls in very short supply! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed at this lovely well restored house for six days and had the most superb time. Everything worked as it should have and the weather was very kind to us. The waterfall running beside this house on the O Pindo Mountain adds to its special quality. The wifi which was excellent enabled us to research the area and understand its Celtic heritage. In fact we would even swear we heard the "Mouros" on the roof at night. We played music , painted and loved the views and wild life. Thank you."

"Fabulous house set in a breathtaking location, only minutes from Portosin and great stunning beaches. House was well equipped and very comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size, bathrooms clean with powerful showers. View from the roof top terrace was beautiful and especially good for star gazing. "This place was amazing! If you love rural Spain like we do, this place is perfect. It has multiple bright sunny rooms and lovely outdoor areas to sit and talk, read a book, or write. The kitchen has everything you need and there is room to host a large group. There is also a lot to see in the area, but a car is necessary. "We were pleasantly surprised by the size and layout of the house - beautiful rooms, well equipped and very clean. The garden was amazing with shady sitting places, a stream and an old mill. You could walk along the stream to the nearby town with supermarkets and other shops. The house is close to sandy beaches (15 km) which were wonderful with few people. "The place is simply amazing. I loved it and my family loved it as well. The beach is just right there, never crowded, with rocky formations where you can spot crabs, anemones, fish, lots of different mollusks, and starfish (if you pay attention and are lucky; yes, I am a biologist :-); the kids loved it.
