"My wife and I had the good fortune to spend a night at this lovely guest house. Our host was very welcoming and even offered to contact her baker for some gluten free bed for us! The room was spotlessly clean and the bed linen beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional too including home made jams and yoghurt. We couldn't have asked for more. Our only disappointment was that we only booked for one night!"

"Wonderful! A once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a magnificent Chateau taken from the fairy tales. The owners are very nice, the place is clean and decorated with grace, with attention to every little detail and great ancient artifacts and restoration work done. The grounds are beautiful. Breakfast was served with splendor and friendly service, though I would add 2-3 local cheeses and a soft/hard boiled egg. "This property would have been ideal for our needs,we booked in plenty of time and the booking was accepted, but on the 12/12/24 I received an email to say she couldn't accept our booking and we would not be charged, so angry I had to look for an alternative so close to our travel date."

"I am researching a book on France in both world wars. This stately manor house has a “Masterpiece Theater “ feel inside and out, and Karine is a terrific host in this beautiful fin de siecle home with 21st century-appointed Room decor. Marine provides an amazing breakfast for a small up-charge, and well worth it. Sh is an equestrian and the Villa is on horse property in rural Tamerville near Valognes. One caveat, you must have a car 🚗 Transportation options in rural Normandy are very limited....

"We had a wonderful stay at the gite for over 2 weeks. It was the perfect place to visit the ehole of west Normandy includung Bayeux. It is close to the sea and to the village of Urville, where the local supermarket Utile had everyting you need and has great opening hours. The gite itself is cosy and the fact that it is near the castke with great gardens is an absolute plus. The interior is a bit outdated on some occasions an could do with some repairs, but our stay was very much ok. If i visit...
