"Responsive host and easily reachable. Not as clean due to being in the country where critters and bugs live. Decent stay. Also wish there was a bathroom door for privacy if you are not alone, but otherwise fine."

"If you are planning a trip to the Round Top area, you cannot go wrong with the Pink Peacock! Our group of four girls loved our stay. There is plenty of room to relax, either together or separately. Communication with our hostess was easy, and you feel at home even before the moment you walk in the door. And the design! WOW! Incredible! The town of Burton is adorable as well. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the closeness to the Round Top show, but not too close. After a day of shopping we would watch the sun set and enjoyed seeing the animals. The house is comfortable and many thoughtful touches. "

"This place was amazing! The two of us needed a weekend away and happy to have found this one. I was inspired to redecorate my house when we got back :) If you’re going when it’s cold-just make sure that the heat issue in the master room is resolved or that they have a heater in there, as we had some issues with that but the rest of the house was super cozy and warm. Would definitely recommend!"

"Wow is right! 5 women attending the Cowboy gathering (a3 day dance) booked this air B and B. It was perfect. Kitchen well stocked and clean and remodeled with all conveniences. Our 3 Bedrooms were very comfortable and nice from the beds to the bathrooms and so clean and comfortable. The decore was amazing calling with the beautiful hardwood floors and wainscoting! Needless to say I wanted to move in.. The host was incredible and was quick to get back with us on questions!!"

"Beautiful and spacious garage apartment with an awesome large covered porch overlooking trees and pasture. The bonus views were the donkeys and horses! Trish is great at communication and a very gracious host. It was quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to get away and truly rest (which was our goal). The apartment is next door to the main house (detached garage) but they do not live there full time (they weren’t there the 3 days we were there). But even if they are, it’s still very private...
