"Stayed 4 night for business during Jan 2025. This is a pretty unique hotel - it is situated in a very old building (renovated, of course) right at Piazza dei Signori, so location can't be better. We never met Paolo, out host. However, he has been super responsive and helpful over whatsapp. I had a room with a balcony over the Piazza, so great view. "Room 1 was perfectly place in the middle of the piazza, breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Francesco was very helpful. We took a picture of a menu and she took the time to translate it for us! Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location in the middle of old town."
