The well equipped kitchen to your left, has everything you need for a break away. With a full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven and hob, with a dining area seating all guests on the right, it caters for every need. There is a small utility room off the kitchen where the washer/drier is located. The cottage is perfect for all year round breaks, and you can look forward to spending your evenings in front of the log burner in the living room which is brimming with character, and all of the necessities you will need during a week-long stay. During the summer months, step into the glorious sun room/conservatory where you can enjoy a glass of wine and catch the last glimpses of sunshine and the far-reaching panoramic views of Tenby and across to the Gower Peninsula.
Just off the open plan living area, there is a door leading into the long hallway where the bedrooms and family bathroom are situated. there are three beautifully decorated bedrooms, consisting of a family bedroom sleeping three guests, with a king size bed and single bed, a further double bedroom with an en-suite shower room with WC, and finally a single bedroom (an additional single sofa bed is available upon request), ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement to suit your group. The lovely family bathroom has a bath and separate shower.
Externally, there is a beautiful sun terrace, with bistro table and chairs, and stone steps leading down to a grassy lawn area and further steps to the fully enclosed mature garden area. On the lower garden you will find a fire pit for those colder evenings, watching the sun set over the Sea.
