"Wir waren im Großen und Ganzem zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Check in gestaltete sich etwas problematisch, da der Code nicht der richtige für den Schlüsselkasten war, die Vermieterin war aber sofort hilfsbereit am Telefon. Leider war in der Wohnung, keine warme Heizung im Badezimmer und im Wohnzimmer ging ein Fenster nicht so zu, dass man es hätte abschließen können, so war die ganze Zeit kalte Luft „Zugwind“ wenn man auf der Couch gesessen hat. Das WLAN Passwort war ebenfalls das falsche....

"Pros: Das Haus war liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles da was man brauchte. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind richtig nett und offen. Kinder und Tiere dürfen gerne dabei sein. Und vorallem sind die Vermieter sehr spontan, wenn man auch einen Tag vorher erst bucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen es gerne weiter und merken uns diese Adresse auch weiterhin. "We enjoyed our stay here in Mannheim while visiting our daughter. The apartment was clean and spacious. Tychique met us at check in and let us arrive early and stay a little later which was great. It is an easy walk to the tram stop to go closer to town but easily walkable too. We would stay there again. "
