The breathtaking ocean views can be enjoyed from nearly every room in the unit, making it apparent that your vacation has commenced! The interior of the home is tastefully decorated with high-end furnishings and modern amenities and is truly the perfect location to make memories with friends and loved ones alike, that will surely last a lifetime.

Unit C can be found on the home’s lower South side and affords guests wonderful ocean views from all West facing rooms. There is one bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen awaiting you. There is even a fireplace in the living room for you to cozy up next on those rare, but possible, chilly Carlsbad nights. A large West-facing balcony awaits you, just off the living room, and undoubtedly will be a favorite place to sit and take in your picturesque surroundings. A barbeque and cute café table sits just outside the unit’s front door and would surely be the perfect private location to enjoy a cup of morning coffee or possibly a glass of wine to unwind in the evening.

Separating the home from the beach is a spacious, tiered, shared yard for all three units to enjoy. Relax and layout on the chaise lounges on the upper lawn area, cozy up around the firepit, or perhaps enjoy an al fresco meal at either of the two large dining tables on the lower area. All of this within a few steps of planting your toes in the sand and enjoying a wonderful day on the beach. The home comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards so all you need to bring is your swimsuit!

- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties. Violations of this policy will result in deposit forfeitures and/or evictions that are strictly enforced.
