Ultimate Beach House for Your Next Vacay~50 feet from the Beach!!

Our house is beachfront in Carlsbad village with beautiful views of the waves from the large balcony on the top floor. Spacious open style living area with modern kitchen, dining room, family room, and 2 large Master bedrooms with bathrooms. A third "add-on" bedroom is accessed through the upstairs Master bedroom with its own doors for privacy and its own windows for natural light. Two super comfy King size beds and one trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Plus a Queen sleeper sofa. Work area (desk and chair) in large Master bedroom with lots of natural light. 5-burner BBQ in our private backyard. The house is only a few minutes walk (a few blocks) to the adorable Carlsbad Village. We have 4 adult bikes, 1 child size bike, plus boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and toys - everything you need for a fun day at the beach. We have a 2-car garage (doesn’t fit Suburbans, but we have space in the driveway for a large car). Bathrooms are showers (no tubs) and are a bit older but function perfectly. Fully stocked with towels and bath products. Kitchen is clean and fully stocked with all kitchen necessities provided for your cooking ease. Three 55-inch smart flat screen TVs. The private backyard is fully enclosed for extra space to relax, cook on the BBQ, or let kids run around safely. Private front door and garage door entrances ensure social distancing safety. The view of the ocean is priceless! Our house is a great choice for your next vacation and we look forward to hosting you!

Perfect Getaway!
What a wonderful property that is well maintained and thoughtful in all aspects making you feel home away from home! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you need. The location is unbeatable as well; a short walk to beach.

Perfect beach getaway!
Great location and beach rental for our family! Loved sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean, especially for sunset. We had our teenage daughters and their friends here before heading off to college, it was perfect for us all!

Beautiful views, Carlsbad Village is just a short walk away with many great restaurants, shops and a fun farmers market. House was very clean. Included a nice grill for fresh fish and everything you need for the beach - Had a great time.

This was the best beach house with the most awesome kindest owners ever!! We are Carlsbad locals for over 25 years. We needed a house closer to the beach for our daughter’s 13th birthday celebration we couldn’t have asked for a better house!! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Great Getaway location
My husband and I wanted to find a place to stay in CA with a view and away from the crowds. I'd say we hit the jackpot. Carlsbad is a great little town that is centralized to any major tourist destination north or south. The house was perfect for our needs and Mike was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

Spring Break Holiday
We very much enjoyed our stay, being right across the street from the beach was very nice. My son was thrilled there was a boogie board and a wetsuit to use. Close to walk downtown to shops and restaurants. The only hiccup was the listing says 3 bedrooms, which technically it is but the 3rd bedroom is not a separate room like you would expect. The hosts responded quickly to my inquiries. Overall, my family and I will stay here again. We loved our trip!!

Perfect beach house
We had a great time at the property. The house had everything we needed. Never had to move the car once. The location was absolutely perfect! 5 min. walk to the beach and a 10 min. walk to downtown Carlsbad. We will be back soon!

Simply Amazing
The property is immaculate and the view from the balcony is refreshing and beautiful. We felt right at home with all the amenities and nice touches (bottle of wine, candy dish) in the house. The house is in a quiet area (with friendly neighbors) and being able to walk to Carlsbad village to enjoy the variety of stores and restaurants was more than convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect beach house
We stayed for a 4 day trip to celebrate my 17 year old son’s birthday and his Spring Break. The house is perfectly located across the street from the sand and is stocked with every possible beach toy you could want from surf boards to boogie boards to bikes. My son and his friends had a blast and my son’s exact words were this was the best birthday gift he could imagine. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The property was exactly as described. Clean with all necessities available. Bedrooms were large and comfortable which made for a good night's rest. Considering the property is on a major blvd, it's very quiet at night. Enjoyed sitting on the deck viewing the ocean especially during sunrise and sunset. Dealing with the property owner re arrangements was extremely easy and he made the process easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This property had every possible beach toy you can think of - boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys - along with extras such as multiple bikes, hats, beach towels, etc. Can't emphasize enough on the location - right by the crosswalk for the beach and a short walk to the an extremely charming village. Responsive hosts, comfortable beds, big tv couch ,convenient bbq and yard out back, a deck full of seating for an outstanding view of the ocean and sunset are to be mentioned as well! Sad to leave!

Property is a perfect place for a family - across the srteet from the beach, near Legoland, near Balboa Park in San Diego-Science Center, beautiful park . Unfortunately , we never made it to the Kids Museum because it was closed on New Years Day. Our daughter and Son- in-law enjoyed great restaurants in Carlsbad while we babysat. This was a perfect vacation for all. The kitchen was well- stocked .

Breathtaking View
This property definitely lives up to the description and images! Our family spent time on the balcony enjoying the view, walking the beach in search of shells, visiting Legoland (recently opened with limited capacity), and visiting the Carlsbad Flower Fields! We dined at Campfire and Vigilucci's, both were within walking distance from house and delicious. The home was well equipped and we found everything we needed! Thx to the owners for sharing their lovely beach house!

Mike help me so much I was grieving the loss of my son. My sister and family were wonderful in helping me. They were very helpful in cleaning up. Mike also allowed us to leave by noon and God knows how much we need this time to rest after my son’s memorial service at Army & Navy Academy. Mike you were a breath of fresh air for me. Thank you
