Our house is beachfront in Carlsbad village with beautiful views of the waves from the large balcony on the top floor. Spacious open style living area with modern kitchen, dining room, family room, and 2 large Master bedrooms with bathrooms. A third "add-on" bedroom is accessed through the upstairs Master bedroom with its own doors for privacy and its own windows for natural light. Two super comfy King size beds and one trundle bed with two twin mattresses. Plus a Queen sleeper sofa. Work area (desk and chair) in large Master bedroom with lots of natural light. 5-burner BBQ in our private backyard. The house is only a few minutes walk (a few blocks) to the adorable Carlsbad Village. We have 4 adult bikes, 1 child size bike, plus boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, and toys - everything you need for a fun day at the beach. We have a 2-car garage (doesn’t fit Suburbans, but we have space in the driveway for a large car). Bathrooms are showers (no tubs) and are a bit older but function perfectly. Fully stocked with towels and bath products. Kitchen is clean and fully stocked with all kitchen necessities provided for your cooking ease. Three 55-inch smart flat screen TVs. The private backyard is fully enclosed for extra space to relax, cook on the BBQ, or let kids run around safely. Private front door and garage door entrances ensure social distancing safety.
