The ultimate beach bungalow. 1 block from the beach, 5 blocks from Carlsbad Village. Completely remodeled interior. Huge back deck overlooking private and fully fenced large grass backyard. Parking for 3 cars off the street. Also, this house can be fully wheelchair accessible upon request. Ramp available for front steps, oversized 2nd bath has been designed universally with 36" door, large walk-in shower, pedestal sink, and grab bars in shower and next to toilet. Come enjoy the beach life!

Pet Policy:
Well-behaved and house-trained dogs allowed (maximum 2 dogs; no cats). Dogs must be at least one year of age, up-to-date on rabies and other vaccinations. Guests must pick up after pets and properly dispose of waste. Pet fee (non-refundable): $50 for first dog, $75 for second dog. Must provide details about dogs to owners prior to arrival.

Great proximity to the beach
It was great to be so close to the beach. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the backyard is really lovely.

Perfect location
Perfect location for all things Carlsbad! My family enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, short distance to the village and the large patio and backyard was a plus. Will definitely be back and would love to stay here again!

Quiet beach bungalow with lots of space for a small family. Large backyard that our toddler and dogs loved. Easy walk to downtown Carlsbad (the village), 1 block from the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in a pet friendly place in north county

This is the 1st time we have rented a vacation home instead of staying in a hotel. It was so much more relaxing being together with family instead of having to separate at night & travel back & forth between a hotel & the family we are visiting.

Great place for a vacation at the beach
The location is perfect! A very short walk to the beach and also walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The deck and large yard were an added bonus as was the off street parking. We would love to stay here again!

This home is in such a great location. Minutes from the 5 freeway yet one short block from the beach. Backyard is perfect for children and dogs and very well manicured. The house is clean, cozy and well appointed. We were only disappointed that couldn’t spend more time there since we were in town for an event. Would most definitely book this property again

A little get away
We had a wonderful time! The house was quaint and spacious. Beach assess was amazing, one block! Also super close to shops, restaurants and the village. Good location in Carlsbad. Near beaches and village. The house was as described, but could use some TLC. The backyard is great for dogs. Would probably rent again if in Carlsbad.

No better location for you and your pet!
Property was even nicer than advertised. It has a beautiful enclosed back yard for the dog and is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of the Carlsbad Village. Our best VRBO experience ever!

This is my second stay here. Great location, one block from the beach and walkable to downtown in a quiet neighborhood ( construction this summer made it a bit noisier). The house is well equipped and spacious. One of my favorites to stay at.

Paradise by the sea
We booked this quaint little beach house for a weekend getaway on the coast and everything about it was delightful. The location is perfect! The house is clean, well maintained and the perfect size. The fenced in yard was a tropical paradise that my dogs never wanted to leave. In fact, none of us wanted to leave! Kyle was the consummate host. He responded to the questions we had immediately. I’d book this property again in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay near the Carlsbad beach!
We spent a lovely weekend at the Ultimate Beach Bungalow. We loved that it was just a block from the beach — location can't be beat! Easy walk to downtown Carlsbad (one of our favorite CA towns). Long driveway allowed us to park well away from the street. Very comfortable beds. Nice, comfortable living room. Wonderful back deck and yard. Felt quite private — very little noise. Kitchen was clean, updated, and well stocked with newer appliances and pots & pans. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!
