Kitchen is loaded with stainless steal frig with ice and water in door, built-in microwave, Kitchenaid, stand-alone mixer, high powered blender. Kitchen has just about everything a great cook would want to work with. Back patio has propane barbecue. Approx. 1/2 mile to state beach parking & sand. There are fish in the lagoon. Check with authorities for fishing. L.A. Fitness close by has short term memberships. REMODELED, INDOOR MALL CLOSE BY WITH MOVIES, 24 HOUR, FITNESS CENTER, AND SHOPPING IS WITHIN FIVE MILES. THERE ARE APPROXIMATELY 30 GOLF COURSES IN CLOSE VICINITY TO CONDO. WE ALSO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR MALL A VERY SHORT DISTANCE AWAY. IT IS ABOVE THE FREEWAY AND ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE LAGOON.
