3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, and new 40" Smart Samsung TV.
4th Bedroom: Kid's room with two full bunk beds, a computer desk, and a new 40" Smart Samsung TV.
Guest Bathrooms: All bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower on the 2nd floor, and there's an additional bathroom on the main floor.

Following CDC guidelines, we implement thorough cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. For added assurance, we provide cleaning products and feature a commercial-grade anti-allergen HEPA air purifier, capturing 99.97% of dust, dander, allergens, smoke, and odors.
The guest who reserves the home must be at least 25 years of age and will be required to review and sign a renter agreement and submit a photo ID within 72 hours of the booking reservation. The photo ID must match the credit card holder. A security deposit hold of up to $500 is also required in case of any damage.
Strict occupancy limit of nine guests total (including minors). Due to city ordinance, no visitors are allowed above the occupancy limit; only approved guests are allowed. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Parties and get-togethers above the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Guests will be limited to 3 cars max (2 on the driveway and 1 in front of the house). Please do not park in front of our neighbors houses.
No pets may be brought into the house without written permission from the owner. The guest will be responsible for all damage caused by their pet.
No smoking (including cannabis) or drugs are to be used inside or outside this property.
The owner reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee up to the amount of the security deposit for smoking or pet violations.
Your safety matters. There are two security cameras recording 24/7 located on the exterior of the home: 1) a Nest camera doorbell located in the front door, and 2) a camera capturing the front of the house and driveway. No cameras are pointing towards the inside of the home.
