This incredible oceanfront townhome is sparkling clean and newly renovated in Carlsbad Village. Beautifully appointed, the home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a location seconds from the white sandy beaches - simply cross the street, and there you are!

Enter this well-appointed home and take in the charming, modern, beach-inspired décor. Just outside the living room is a west-facing deck where you can enjoy 180-degree views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. A modern kitchen that has everything you need including a dining and living area with lots of comfortable seating.

The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV and its own private deck with full ocean views. It is accompanied by a modern full bath with a shower/tub combination. The 1st-floor guest bedroom and basement-level bonus room are each well-appointed for extra guests.

This home is ideally located at Carlsbad Village where you can enjoy world-class restaurants, cafes, galleries, and shops. You'll be just a few steps from Carlsbad Beach with long sandy beaches for strolling or just relaxing and just a few minutes drive to explore the many attractions of the greater San Diego area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Family Getaway!

Great space and great location!
I would definitely stay here again. It's right on Carlsbad Blvd, so you have great beach views, especially from the deck off the master bedroom. You can actually see the water from bed, so you can wake up and look out at the ocean! You can walk to everything, which is great. Covered parking for one vehicle. Very safe and convenient. Inside amenities were great. Fully load kitchen. We were a family of 4 so each kid had his/her own room. They loved it.

Great Location!
This home is a perfect location across from beach with beautiful views! It’s a bit of a walk to town, so if you’re not great with walking a lot this may not be the vacation rental for you. We’ve stayed much closer to the village and was easier to go to and from easily and quickly for coffee or food/shopping etc. Amenities were good; although we were told there was no bikes, boogie boards or wagon for beach so we transported those items in our car taking up a lot of room when in fact all of that was there upon arrival. I’d say the management team needs to be more accurate and knowledgeable of amenities provided since we asked and they told us nothing was provided. For the price of this home everything should be there for you! Beach towels are way too small, so I’d recommend bringing your own. Counters were not cleaned when we got there, which is pretty gross. But we had Clorox wipes and were able to clean ourselves pretty quickly. All in all, we’d probably stay here again, but figure out a better sleeping arrangement of bringing two teens again because one of the rooms they say has a double and twin bunk room s essentially in a small hole with no windows and the top bunk is not a comfortable spot to sleep for a teenager.

Beautiful, but could of been better!
Beautiful condo! Perfect location! Garage and toys are awesome! Needs better toiletries ( one ply tp, paper towels, no kleenex) and there are limited kitchen items. No storage bags, foil, etc. Needs more detail to cleanliness, dusty and the walls were kinda dirty. Screens were tore up. Washer makes the whole house smell like mildew and it stinks. Vacasa did offer to clean the unit, I declined because it wasn't imperative at that time. Other than that, it's a really nice space! Very pretty! Views are spectacular! We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Place could use some items and some items listed in pic on line were not included such as a bbq. Internet didn’t work for 3 days, had a problem with ants all over main level and lower level of house, kitchen needed some basis supplies such as a spatula. Overall we enjoyed our stay. I messaged property manager prior to our arrival as we were traveling from Az about beach equipment such as chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, towels etc because the pic on line showed all that in the garage and we didn’t want to bring all that with us if we didn’t need to, the property messaged me back saying this rental has none of that stuff I messaged again stating it was shown in photos on line and several of the reviews said they had it, still was told no they didn’t have any of that stuff, so we brought all that with us from Az and when we arrived the garage was full of beach equipment so we we’re thankful but wish the person I spoke with actually knew bc I specifically asked about it and was told no so we packed all ours and in fact didn’t need to. Pots and pans were dirty when we got there and went to cook, coffee pot is a little tricky if not put in right it leaks all over counter, sink sprays all over no option for stream just spray, these are some of the things we noticed, but overall enjoyed our time. Our family loved this house
We were just across the street from a beautiful beach. We spent our days enjoying the ocean and loved watching the surfers and dolphins playing in the waves. There were lifeguards on duty which was great. The house was a perfect size for our family of five with plenty of space to spread out or come together. Beautiful decor and very functional space. We loved the recreational equipment in the garage. Everything we could have needed was there. Would absolutely come back!

Wow, Wow, Wow! Did i say Wow yet?
The house is so comfortable with high quality furnishings and the home is well stocked with everything you need. Everything about this house is high class. The location is perfect, at the beach and near the Village. Great decks, a back patio with a gas fireplace, beautiful views, a garage with an extra parking spot, bikes, beach gear, and plenty of towels. I love this place. I can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this place! We we were headed to San Diego for college visits and a One Republic concert and decided to stay up north where it's safer than downtown and less crowded than La Jolla. Wow.....This was better than even the listing. Bikes, boogie boards, bunkbeds, modern, clean and directly accross from a mile long perfect sandy beach with wonderful waves. It also really is a short walk to all the resaurants and shops in downtown Carlsbad! We would choose this on any trip going back to San Diego.

Great property
The location is perfect, at the beach within walking distance to the village. The only negative was the amount of steps but we still managed even though we are both in our 80’s, as the entire family of five, (grandma, grandpa, daughter and two young adult grandchildren ) loved it.
