This cozy studio is located right on the beach in Carlsbad and is a perfect getaway for two people. It is within walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, and entertainment Carlsbad has to offer. This studio has a pullout queen sofa sleeper that can be tucked away during the daytime and brought out for sleeping and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. Enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, beautiful sunsets, and playing in the ocean. The home has a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the supplies needed for cooking or barbecuing.

This property was right on the beach. Great location. Some days we didn’t even need to sit on the beach we just sat on the patio. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the patio.

Great location and just the right size and amenities for a couple. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the beach, ocean and village, this is it! The bed is only okay and the bathroom is very small, but it was a perfect place to fall into bed exhausted at night.

Loved the location and appreciated the improvements since last year. One thing of note, most of the kitchen appliances were unplugged. We had to pull out the microwave and oven to find the cords before we could use them!

Perfect space with a killer view!
This is a prime location for the beach and very close to downtown Carlsbad near restaurants, bars and shopping. The management company was very communicative and really went out of their way to make this stay convenient and seamless. I would most definitely stay here again. This is a studio size apartment but is a perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped. There is not a full size oven but there is an electric hot plate with 2 burners, a microwave and a convection oven. We didn't cook much but did BBQ one night and the BBQ was functional and looked somewhat new. Thank you for a great time and I will book again! :)

Dank Hole with a View
This unit is in desperate need of renovations. From the tub not draining to the stove leaking gas, everything is in really shabby condition. The patio with the view is the only plus. I couldn't recommend this property unless it was upgraded.

Perfect for two!
Outstanding views from the patio and only steps to the sand! Overall, it was a very nice stay for us. Walking distance to everything in Carlsbad Village which was great. We went to the Dea Hurston New Village Arts Center and listened to some music there. The place was clean upon arrival and we had no issues getting in. The floorboards are a little loose at the sliding door entry so be careful right there. Comfortable bed, clean towels and Dove brand toiletries which was nice. The kitchen left a bit to be desired. There were no oven mitts to take hot food out of the oven. Measuring cups and spoons, and tongs would be nice to have as standard utensils. Aluminum Foil and Plastic Wrap would have been helpful also. We would definitely stay there again, only next time check out the 1 bedroom on the level above.

Great beachfront location.
This is a Small studio. The 2 casual chairs in the unit are very uncomfortable and the patio chairs need cushions if you want to sit outside enjoying the ocean for long periods.The only entrance door is a sliding glass door from the patio which is incredibly hard to slide open and closed. My wife couldn’t do it, I struggled with it. No air conditioning but the fan’s really cool the space. The pull chain on the ceiling fan is broken so you can’t reach it to turn it on or off without standing dangerously on a bar stool. My wife and had one hand towel and 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels. When I contacted them we were told they do not provide additional towels outside of the initial supply. The initial supply was not adequate for 2 people. We were told there was a laundry about a mile away. Other than it’s location this place was very disappointing.
