As you enter the driveway of Netherby Hall you are greeted with the charming exterior of Middle Lodge, a beautifully set detached gatehouse that sleeps 4 and is the perfect family getaway. The Lodge is located on 36 acres of parklands and is tastefully furnished. The property is well equipped with an inviting sitting room, including a beautiful wood burner and smart television, the perfect place to unwind. There is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for pulling together a delicious meal that can be enjoyed in the separate dining room. Once you have made your way upstairs there is am extra splash of decadence with the free standing roll-top bath within the master bedroom along side the 5’ king size bed! The second bedroom incorporates a zip and link bed which will be configured as two single beds unless otherwise specified and a family bathroom.
The lodge comes with the extra luxury of private parking, a private enclosed garden with patio set for 4 people and a barbeque! A great space to enjoy with friends or family and it’s even dog friendly, so your well behaved pets don’t have to be left behind and CCTV that covers the grounds for extra security.

Scandinavian thermowood meets an interior shaped for comfort, creating a luxury centrepiece you’ll never want to leave. We can even have it warmed and ready for your arrival!

The lodge sits at the entrance to the 36 acres of parkland, where you can stroll across manicured lawns, enjoy a Victorian pleasure garden and walk through a walled garden that stretches for over an acre. The estate is nestled in north Cumbria, with spectacular views over the undulating landscape to the Scottish hills beyond.
We are happy to accept dogs at a minimal charge, we just need to be notified in advance of arrival.
