"Was stationed at the air force base 40 years ago. Never knew Echo Lake existed. Finding this cabin, on a lake, across from Aroostook State Park was amazing. Even the neighbor was so friendly. It was just the two of us this time. Would love to bring family back to this property as it could house all of us. Fall colors were just kicking in. No eagle sighting in the nest, maybe next time. Special place to stay and location was perfect to return to at the end of each days activities."

"It smelled musty. The fridge was a tiny dorm size. Limited pans for cooking. No dish cloths or towels for dishes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The towel racks in the bath were falling out of the wall. The room was clean."

"Nice house to stay in Very well equipped and nice location The motion sensor lights on the deck were a bit of a pain and could not be turned off. A lack of shades and or curtains down stairs was the other thing. But all in all a very comfortable place to stay "

"Absolutely a wonderful property. We are a very large family spending Christmas in Maine with extended family. It was amazing to find such a great property so close that we could be minutes from all our family’s holiday events, dinners, and festivities. The house was very clean, well stocked, and furnished. "Property neat and clean, toiletries were provided, towels and full kitchen with microwave. Coffee maker did both k cup and or drip coffee. Phil was excellent host and highly recommend him. We were snowmobiling and the clubs did an excellent job with minimal snow. Great riding over 90% of the time."
