"What a beautiful place to stay, the property is set in a lovely idyllic setting surrounded by countryside. The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff were absolutely excellent and super friendly. The breakfast was lovely too. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at on our motorbike trip around France. If you book here you will not be disappointed. 5 Stars."

"What an unexpected treasure Château de La Ballue. I had booked this stay while touring the Normandy beach landings for just one night. What a shame we were only there for such a brief time. "Firstly a big thank you to the staff - without doubt they make this aparthotel welcoming and are very helpful. The car park is easy to access & secure. The room we had was fine, reasonably modern with everything we needed. Being on the first floor we did suffer from quite a lot of fan noise from the next building if we wanted to keep the window open. The gym was a bonus. The position of the accommodation is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre though buses are available. It's a pleasant area...
