"A group of seven of us stayed at the villa. It worked perfectly for all of us to have our own rooms and bathrooms! Lia, our host was amazing to work with and she helped us secure transportation and even helped with getting groceries delivered to the villa! She definitely went above and beyond. "This was the perfect spot for me and my group of friends to relax after a bustling day in Palermo. Our host Gabriele was very attentive and punctual. He was already there waiting on us to check in and was right on time when we were ready to check out. The property is gated and very private. We only wish we could have visited when it was warmer to enjoy the pool, but that shouldn't deter you as it made a great place for us to sit out and relax. 10/10 would stay here again!"

"We had a great holiday at Bella Vista with fantastic views of the surrounding area. Whilst the villa is a couple of miles out of town, there was everything we needed within the town for both eating in and out. The pool and villa were clean, tidy and well looked after and we had everything we needed for a Villa holiday. "Myself and a group of friends stayed here in September. Claudia was accommodating of our check-in time and was at the villa when we arrived. She gave us a tour of the house and offered to show us the neighbourhood (which is a gated residential community), and also offered to drive us to the local supermarket for our first shop. "Fabulous location with lots of rooms and spaces, however needs lots of care and maintenance. Outside kitchen although a very large space Tor my large family, was not clean and needed a good clean out, too many items stuffed in draws that were difficult to open. What a pity! Although we enjoy hearing the sound of the water lapping on the shore from our bedroom."
