I completely understand this will happen especially towards Christmas, it just would have been nice to be warned or potentially move rooms. The people here are so friendly, and just 15 minutes from the lodge is Caerphilly, and it is a beautiful valley with an amazing castle! Public transportation here is fantastic.

Cardiff overall is up and coming these days. Still tough to find anywhere decent serving dinner at 11pm on a Wednesday but lots of option inside more a normal timeframe.
