Entire flat located in the heart of Porthcawl town. Walk out the door and find restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and beaches just a short walk away!

Smart TVs and king sized beds in both bedrooms with luxury bedding for the best night sleep. Black out curtains on all bedroom and livingroom windows.

3 mins walk to the seafront, 4 mins drive / 30 min walk to blue flag beach Rest Bay.

Paid public parking behind property or free parking in near by streets.

Perfect for a family hub or weekend couples stay in Porthcawl.

Newly renovated flat in the heart of Porthcawl town. Shared communal entrance hall which leads onto a staircase with around 10 stairs to the front door.

Entrance hall with mirrors and modern lighting.

Bedrooms all have brand new furniture and bedding. A range of pillows are available for those who prefer a hard or soft cushion! Also super comfortable blankets and a fan. All bedrooms benefit from smart TVs and blackout curtains.

The Livingroom has a blue fold flat sofa bed which is available upon request for children if needed. A large tv and four seater dining table. There is also a coffee table with several storage draws.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower head attachment if you would prefer to wash down after a day on the sandy beach! There is a small storage cupboard which houses a hoover, iron, ironing board etc for convenience.

The kitchen benefits from a fridge with small freezer integrated. Dishes, glasses and coffee specific glasses. A Nespresso pod coffee maker and kettle / toaster for tea and toast. There is also an oven, gas hob and microwave oven.

There is a paid public car park behind the property. Parking is usually free between 12-3pm and from 6pm - 8am. Check signage on arrival. The PayByPhone app can be used for parking using code 84122. There is also often on street free parking in near by roads.

From John Street Car park there is an adjoining road which connects the car park to John Street. If you park at the far end by the pink building Little Rose Floral Designs (florist) you can walk straight through this path to John Street. On your immediate right is AC Hairdressers and next door to this you will see our communal door - 34A John Street.

Access to the flat is via a lockbox. Your unique code will be sent in advance of your stay!

Close to the shore
The flat is in the middle of a main pedestrian street with lots of shops and a few blocks to the shore. Monique was very accommodating allowing us early check in with our bags. We appreciated her restaurant recommendations and treating us to chocolate bars in the frig.

This flat was amazing. Cleanliness was uppermost. There was everything you could wish for right down to board games. Televisions in each room, couldn't of asked for anything more. Monique and Adam are lovely people.

The perfect place in Portcawl
Wow! The flat is just beautiful, every single touch has been thought of to make your stay comfortable. The decoration is just as spectacular as the location, right by the esplanade and on the Main Street in town. The sea, bars, restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep, but if you feel like getting away from the hustle and bustle for an hour, the flat is the perfect oasis of quiet calm. Monique was the best host! Communication was really speedy and friendly. We had a really good time, loved Portcawl, loved the flat and can’t wait to come back!
