The hotel was close to the center, the room was clean, A bit strange with a large bed & a bunk bed especially with two adult males in one room, Also wasn't happy that you had to pay extra for a kettle,most places have them in the room, also no toilet brush in the bathroom.

Was a good a property, nice and clean apart from problems with my key card everytime time i used it , no matter how many changed it, toilet wouldn't flush property . And why do you have to pay for tea and coffee in your room .

There waa no kettle of coffee ect they charge £10 deposit and £3.50 for this think its standard and should have been included, also the plug sockets ( only 2 ) werent near the bed the toilet is a little cupboard that hits the main door if someone walks in , the shower waa difficult to get to the right temp Parking was expensive found it just outside for half the price ,

I used Just Park for overnight parking. The transfer from having the car park pin code to excellent and speedy check-in to the perfect " pod-like” room with separate w.c., comfortable bed, and small desk to work on was seamless. The room was spotless throughout. There is a very handy convenience store opposite the front entrance. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was a good location but it’s tired and not very welcoming. On check in ask your staff to simply explain that there is no kettle or hairdryer and needs to be hired. Or just put them in the rooms! Hotels today have tea and coffee making facilities as standard and shouldn’t need to be hired. And having the shop items locked away feels unwelcoming and we were made to feel as if we were being difficult when we wanted some bottled water. The whole place needs an injection of enthusiasm

You get what you pay for. This is not a nice area of town and the exterior of the hotel is less than inviting. Reception was slow and not very friendly or welcoming. Hallways had a weird smell. Room was cold and heating didn’t work
