Very clean, nice hot shower, attendants were helpful and honest. When we arrived at the property, the host could not see that we had a booking. We paid for the room in cash because I wasn't sure that I had paid upfront myself. We were set up to leave the next day and the hostess met us in the morning with the cash from the day before because they found that the booking had been paid. The hostess also set us up with a taxi from Varadero to havana with a good driver for the going rate of such a trip. Shower was nice and hot. I would return here.
