"This is by far the best place I stayed during my solo trip. It’s not far from the beach, there are nice dinning options around and also not far from Varadero airport. Olivia the host is very amazing at making you feel comfortable and home away from home. I’ll definitely be back to this place!"

"The host is a great person who takes care of me a lot. Even though we have a language barrier since I don't understand Spanish, we try to use Google Translate to communicate with each other. But there is no wifi and hot water (I should say the water is warm?) for the shower. "

"This house is is peaceful! It was just one night but the owner helped me getting drivers and exchanging money. The room has a little kitchen area with a table, sink, and a small fridge. Good to eat your take out and keep drinks cold, not sure if there is a cooking option. You have your own independent entrance. You can sit outside in the patio and balcony of the house and relax with the ocean breeze. Just walking from the beach and good restaurants. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Betty y Jorge. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely patio with a table and stools. There were also sun loungers outside, plus an area for doing laundry and a washing line. Our hosts were lovely - very friendly and helpful. "This casa is operated by Terry and her husband Pedro. It is two blocks away from the beach, and it is one block away from the main street in Varadero. What sets this casa apart from others is Terry. "Very expensive for a chicken coop and far away from everything. Towels were stained. Bedsheets were smelly. WiFi took two hours to connect. She kindly gave us a water bottle…that was filled from the tap. Room was so small that we could hardly walk. Definitely do not recommend"

It is not in varadero it is 7 k away in Santa Marta, it’s position on the map is inaccurate. We arrived and left immediately- our driver took us the 7 extra k to the place we actually wanted to be.
