"A lovely traditional Italian hotel. We booked an executive room and were a bit surprised not to have a view and to find that the bathroom had no shower but spa bath. The room was small and dark and traditionally furnished but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was effective. Hotel staff were charming and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. "The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. "

"The bathroom was exfremely small. It was difficult to get to the shower. This was located at the end of a very narrow bathroom. Just next to the shower, there a sink on the right side. I had 30/40cm to get into the shower, not nice. Also, the wc very close to the radiator/heating. My left knee was touching it. Considering it was hot, i could not sit comfortably at the wc. Last, the receptionist did not let me pay the local tax by debit card/bancomat. I had to pay in cash and the chat with the receptionist was not pleasant."

"Not easy parking, but i am very disappointed becuase I had to leave the hotel 2 days before scheduled , and they couldn’t reinburse any money. They say Expedia didn’t allow them to do it. Expedia knew about the change of dates before I arrived to Italy. Not fair at all."
