"It was very practical as it was a last minute booking! accessing and parking was perfect as we did not want to get involved with the city traffic, staff was super friendly and professional and the room not only met our need but it was really up to great standards for a 3 * hotel. This beautiful historic hotel is only eclipsed by the overwhelming beautiful medieval town that it's situated in. I felt transported back in time. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I felt as though i was staying at a relative's home. The rooms are updated and comfortable. The breakfast must be on the agenda. You will not be disappointed. "
