The grounds and pool were breath-taking and complete with a hammock, barbecue, outdoor games and toys, and lots of sitting areas. Large tables indoors and out provided space for meals and games. The location was perfect for exploring nearby towns, beaches, and trails by car or bicycle. I just can’t say enough about the facilities or about the prompt and cheerful responses from the owner/his representative when we called on...

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de Nadia et Massimo. Ils résident juste à côté, et sont très accessibles et surtout très réactifs aux diverses demandes que nous leur avons faites. Nous recommandons cette villa et sa piscine, le coin BBQ etc... La région est très agréable. IL vaut mieux avoir une voiture car les commerces les plus proches sont à Suvereto."

"Très jolie location sur une colline verdoyante et magnifique. Le salon ainsi que les chambres sont spacieux , le jardin très agréable et l’espace pour garer sa voiture est ombragé et spacieux également. L’hôte Luigi est très sympathique. Le seul bémol est un problème de concordance entre les énoncés de l’annonce Verbo (site italien) et de l’annonce Abritel (site français) qui heureusement a pû être résolu avant notre arrivée . Je recommande cette location."

"We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well."
