Unwind at the neighborhood pool or hit the fitness room. Enjoy heating and AC, and stay connected with high speed WiFi throughout the house, this cool property has it all. This is a Dog friendly house with a fenced yard and dog door (for extra large dogs). Ample parking with large driveway and 3-car garage.

There is a pool table in the downstairs main room. The home features two beautiful gas fireplaces for cozy winter weather. The large gaming room features a hide-a-way sofa bed and gaming hookup for kids for the large TV.

With a beautiful, open floor plan, guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a grill on the primary floor porch, which affords a vista of the 4.0 acres and mountains beyond.

The home is located just minutes to El Jebel and Basalt. Visit historic Aspen, just 30 minutes away.

Horseback riding, water water rafting, fly fishing, and skiing are all available close by. Nearby ski slopes are Buttermilk, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, and Ajax. A large variety of wildlife can be observed year-round. There are extra linens and towels. There are guide booklet/pamphlets for the large variety of hiking trails in the living room and magazines featuring local attractions and dining.

If you need more sleeping space, you can bring air mattresses for the larger guest room and office.
