The spacious open-concept living area features high ceilings, a wood burning kiva fireplace (unfortunately this fireplace cannot be used at this time), and floor-to-ceiling windows that capture breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and pasture land. Enjoy an open-concept kitchen/dining/living area with thoughtfully-designed nooks - all with stunning views out your back windows. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals for cozy evenings in. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed and exceptionally large. The primary features a plush king-sized bed, stunning views of Mt. Sopris, ensuite bathroom, large closet, and plenty of space to relax and unwind. The secondary bedroom is equally spacious and boasts views of the surrounding pastures, a cozy king-sized bed, gas kiva fireplace, ensuite bathroom (that also connects to the main living area), and plush bed setup. this bathroom also has a washer/dryer. The Crate & Barrel living room couch doubles as a pull-out queen sized sofa bed, comfortable and perfect for your fifth and sixth guest if you need it.

Step outside to enjoy your spacious private patio, complete with outdoor seating and panoramic views of the mountain landscape, and large fenced yard. Perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, wildlife watching, or stargazing under the clear Colorado skies.

- The kiva fireplace in the living room cannot be used for safety reasons at this time. We are actively working on repairing it though!

- This space has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy. If smoking is detected at the property after your stay, you will lose your entire deposit.

- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.

- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
