"The staff were super friendly, polite, and helpful. They have a very welcoming attitude where they make you feel like home. The room is well sized. Everything was clean with no issues, except that the soap dispenser needs to be cleaned. Overall, a great choice in Milan. 12 minutes walking to the Duomo. "

"Location and staff are welcoming, helpful, and kind. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and left early so we did not get to have breakfast. It smelled amazing, though! This is an older, quaint hotel in an incredible location by the Cathedral. Would have given higher rating, but our room was a tad dusty and we were on a smoking floor. "
