"On our second day there I discovered a fully loaded washing machine with WET towels and sheets. The dryer was also fully loaded with sheets. I dried and folded all of the Hosts' laundry. This discovery prevented the the Host from having mold and mildew smelling sheets and towels had they been left like that during the time we were there. The Host stated this had occurred before. "This house worked well for 2 families to stay. The beds were very comfortable and there was enough space for all. The house itself was clean, but some of the kitchen equipment (pots/pans/knifes) needed to be cleaned before use. There were also some basic things missing from the kitchen (lids of pots, cutting board, salad bowls). The owner was very responsive and helpful. "

"Great location close to the park. There were some nice places to eat nearby - Copper Creek and “Restaurant” on the way back from the park. House had all the amenities and a beautiful spot on the river. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated two king sized bedrooms! "Great location, about 20-30 minutes to the Crystal Mountain resort. Property had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including an amazing Ninja coffee machine - a great way to start the day before hitting the slopes. Also a fireplace with plenty of firewood provided, though there are heaters throughout the cabin, so the fireplace is more for entertainment purposes. Very impressed with the water heater, providing hot water very quickly and for a long time. Very responsive and accommodating...
