"We had only 1 complaint. The room was overly warm verging on hot. The AC did not work well, took hours to lower the temp very little even with the window open. I prefer a cool/cold room to sleep. This was disappointing otherwise it was great."

"The staff was great. My car broke down and they let mobile mechanics work on it in the parking lot. The only thing I can think of that needs attention is the bathroom sink it loose from counter and they need to replace the pillows."

"Clean room but very dated. Upon arrival front desk clerk noticed I had a cane(recent back surgery) so moved me to a downstairs room. I had originally booked an upstairs room. I was very appreciative of this small but kind gesture. It made a huge difference in my stay, making getting to my room much easier and comfortable. Very convenient access to hospital and perfectly suited my needs. "

"Modest place, clean, service was good. Loud part of town, busy intersection, plenty of truck traffic late and early. However, convenient location for local business, a couple walkable restaurants, small casino, especially if you utilize the Auburn airport."

"While the property is a little overpriced, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are small and dated. They have a shuttle available to take visitors to ski or explore. The hot tub, heated pool, and sauna are a great way to unwind at the end of the day's adventures. "
