"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

"Beautiful homely hotel. Bedroom very quiet and clean. Tranquil and pretty surroundings with good places to walk. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast was nice and not rushed (which was great when we overslept). Good sized pool for swimming and decent sun loungers for relaxing. Great facilities to make your own dinner if you decide to stay in - Castres is circa 10-15 minute drive - with a small boutique to stock up on essentials like like wine and home produced honey! "We've stayed in many self catering cottages and had a very different experience in this one. On VRBO the gite is advertised as having a lake view, its no where near a lake! After we'd paid for the gite the owner contacted us for €300 cash deposit, and told us about additional electricity charges per day. There was no mention of this on VRBO, so the owner waived the charge. We arrived at 4pm on a Sunday and immediately had to find a supermarket as no basics/welcome pack was provided e.g bread,...
