Villa Sole Carate Urio - Lake Como is a completely renovated villa located in the municipality of Urio, a few steps from the boat stop and just across the street from the closest swimming area.
The villa offers a scenic view of the park of the Caste of Carate Urio and the lake.
Villa Sole is spread over three floors with all windows facing the lake: the living area consists of a large living room with two sofas, sonos speakers, TV with apple tv, dining table and chairs, an equipped boffi kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, coffee maker).
Immediately outside the living area there is a large terrace with table and chairs to enjoy lunches and dinners.
On the first floor there are a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The balcony for both rooms is beautifully facing the lake.
On the second floor there are two suites (double bedrooms) both with private bathroom (en-suite) and formidable lake view.

From the terrace on the ground floor, an external staircase leads to the swimming pool, the dining/relaxation area and the laundry room (washer+dryer+extra fridge/freezer).
