"The hotel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The room was spacious and nicely furnished except for the sofa which had a tear on one arm. The advertised free breakfast was not provided perhaps not surprising as I was the only guest there. The manager was very helpful in setting up a sightseeing tour for me. "

"Although it's a short 20-minute ride to Port of Spain and very close Maracas Beach, this beautiful spot gave you the feeling of having the whole island all to yourself. Nothing like being awakened by the sounds of Parrots and Toucans in the treetops around you. Absolutely would stay here again. Once you get used to navigating the roads necessary to reach the cabin, you will absolutely be in love! (Also of note, be sure to come in from the North Coast Rd side, not up Paramin Hill!!! )"

There is no air conditioning in the living room area, this added amenity would have made the stay much better for family time instead of each of us having to revert to the coolness of our respective bedrooms.
