Apartamento maravilhoso, podem confiar , enorme , parece uma casa, sala enorme, dois banheiros, ao lado do mc Donald's centro de Caraguá, bem no calçadão, elevadores, piscina, tem tudo, vários ventiladores, quarto com ar condicionado, edifico plaza del mar, não tive problema nenhum, melhor apto que já aluguei , tudo novo, e bem conservado, cabe 9 pessoas cada um na sua cama, frente a praia do centro, aquele parque de diversão, em Caraguá, vale muito a pena, proprietária bem receptiva, cheguei de madrugada, sem problema com a chave, já estava tudo certo, nem parece apto de tao grande, única coisa eh q não pode usar a sauna somente para moradores, mas eh regra do edifício, aluguem...

Amei cada detalhe, ap confortável, a anfitriã Bárbara muito atenciosa, comércio próximo tudo é mais um pouco. A praia em frente não é tão boa, mas tem a Martins de Sá que é linda a 10 minutos. A experiência foi muito boa. Obrigado Bárbara, pela confiança.

Apartamento super espaçoso. Falta alguns itens como sanduicheira, tapetes, colheres de Aluminio para cozinhar (só tem de plástico e é uma m... quase não conseguimos fritar um ovo; vasilhas de plástico com tampa e sem ( como por exemplo para lavar o arroz). No entanto a anfitriã Bárbara é um amor de pessoa. Muito prestativa e dedicada. Ela não mora lá, mas atendeu nos todas vezes que precisamos.

Casa muito boa, com ótima localização e a piscina excelente pra crianças e adultos.
Lugar agradável, casa com todo suporte de utensílios pra tornar a experiência confortável. Única coisa que acho que seria a "cereja do bolo" é ter box nos banheiros, pra na hora do banho não fazer tanta bagunça. No mais...tudo perfeito!
