Bem localizado e confortável.
Apartamento bem completo, todas as comodidade, proprietária muito atenciosa. Apenas o box do banheiro da suíte é muito pequeno.

Ótima localização mas check-in ruim
O apartamento fica numa ótima localização perto de tudo área de lazer excelente. Dona Luiza muito atenciosa. O que não compensa é o check-in as 16h pois perde-se o dia, já que na praia de Martins de Sá a "Badalação" vai até as 17h30min no máximo. Tbm não tinha travesseiros, sugerimos deixar um aviso, pois só levamos a roupa de cama.

Ótima localização, total atenção da proprietária, Sra Luiza e dos funcionários do prédio. O apartamento é completo e não deixa nada a desejar. Pé na areia e ainda te dá a opção de em um dia de chuva usar a churrasqueira. Tudo muito limpo e seguro. Amamos e pretendemos voltar logo.

Ótimo apartamento, com vista para o mar. Eu e minha família adoramos. Comércios perto, padaria, restaurantes, lojas etc... Além da praia de frente, ainda tem uma piscina muito gostosa com vista para o mar. Apartamento completo e limpo, bem aconchegante! Ótimo para família!!!! Essa foi minha 2ª vez e voltarei mais vezes com certeza!!! A proprietária é muito atenciosa. Obrigada Sra. Luiza!!!!

Apartamento bem localizado. Fácil acesso ao centro de Caragua e as praias de Ubatuba. Piscina excelente para adultos e crianças. Cozinha completa! Três quartos com 8 colchões firmes! Sala ampla com TV plasma. Garagem coberta. Excelente para família! Os donos são muito atenciosos! Recomendo este imóvel.
