"Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento situato in una posizione abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il mare anche se dovevi spostarti in auto per spesa o altre attività! L'unica pecca è stata la mancata pulizia nello scarico della doccia perché piena di capelli e di conseguenza l'acqua non scendeva più! La ragazza che gestisce la casa ,gentilissima! Nel complesso consigliato!"

"First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!"

"We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax."

"Property is ideally located between number of mountain villages, towns and the beach , whilst also having the option to stay and relax by the sites outdoor pool. Lots of space for a family with all the facilities you need. "

"La casa e' situata in una posizione spettacolare. Perfetta per grandi gruppi e per pranzare/cenare in terrazza con una vista magnifica. La spiaggia e' a 5 minuti di macchina. Unico neo, la mancanza di zanzariere. Per il resto abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima. Un plauso particolare va a Rocco, il nostro host, sempre gentile e disponibile."

"This little farm house was a perfect base for us to explore the area. The weather was hot (late August) but the ability to open all the windows and the fans provided kept the temperature reasonable. We would have stayed longer if we could and will stay again if we can."

È una struttura datata che ha bisogno di manutenzione e di un restyling completo a partire dalla cucina e dai bagni. Lo spazio per i posti auto è limitato e condiviso con altri appartamenti ma nel complesso la casa ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo ben proporzionato rispetto alle richieste del 2021 (basse). "This was the perfect spot for our 2-family vacation. We swam, cooked and lounged in the beautiful yard. Would Devi I Troy stay again! Only suggestions are to better explain the AC (Once we figured out how to best use we didn’t have problems) and to upgrade linens by providing pool towels."
