New Latitude Beachfront Captiva Luxury Estate

Welcome to New Latitude ... The premier Captiva Island beach front estate. The home features six bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, one half bathroom. New Latitude is the perfect home for family gatherings and once in a lifetime destination vacation. As you pull up and drive through the winding drive, you are welcomed by native and tropical foliage on either side. It opens up into a beautifully landscaped courtyard with private hot tub and seating area. Up the stairway to the main entrance of the estate opens into your private, 44 foot!, saltwater, heated pool with two guest suites (king and queen) that open onto the pool area. Each guest suite has an en-suite bathroom and private balcony. You can't help but get swept off your feet gazing at the endless views of the Gulf of Mexico from the rows of 8 foot high sliding glass doors. You experience a gulf view from nearly every room in the house! Open the sliding doors from the pool into the spacious living area with comfortable seating, 70" wall mounted smart TV and additional speaker sound bar. The living area is part of the great room with a high end dining table and open kitchen with new solid surface, stone countertops, ultra high end appliances, coffee bar as well as a second refrigerator/freezer for additional storage. The main level of the home also features a media room/den/sixth bedroom with another 70" wall mounted smart TV, sound bar and sectional sleeper sofa with en-suite bath. Follow the hallway around to another bedroom complete with two twin beds and half bath. There is also a wall mounted TV to enjoy. The most exciting feature about the main level of New Latitude is the deck off the great room stretching from one side of the home to the other. This area features some of the best views you will find of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere on Captiva Island. Enjoy a meal, morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail from the ample seating areas and additional dining table. Up the stairs or private elevator, is the second level of New Latitude. On the North End of the hall is a guest bedroom with a king bed, access to the second level balcony and en-suite bathroom. Follow the hallway South and you come to the perfect room for children or younger adults with a bunk bed and twin trundle. There is another bathroom just off this bedroom as well. On the South end of the estate is your private master suite with an ultra comfortable king sized bed, wall mounted smart TV, personal washer/dryer, en-suite bathroom with separate shower looking out to the Gulf of Mexico as well as a private outdoor shower on the balcony. The second level balcony has a unique spiral staircase which leads to your private sun deck and views out to the Gulf of Mexico that go on seemingly forever. The sunset views are awe-inspiring to say the least ... you have to see it for yourself to fully grasp the beauty. As we didn't want to leave any detail out, the beach level of the home has a ping pong table, foosball, bag toss, swings like you would find at Caribbean restaurants and a short, winding path directly leading to the beach. The beach side of the property has a manicured landscape perfect for lounging in the sun. There are also tropical fruit trees lining the South side of the property further enhancing and encapsulating the Tropical Florida Beach Experience. Should you have to do any work while on Vacation, watch Netflix or listen to Pandora, New Latitude includes complimentary high speed wireless internet. Your stay also includes access to my local rental agency which may arrange rental items, restaurant reservations, trip enhancements, private chefs and anything else you may think of to add to your perfect vacation rental experience. 7 night minimum booking required within a Saturday to Saturday.
