Baywatch Cabin- Boat Dock on the Channel

Baywatch Cabin sustained no interior damage from Hurricane Ian and is welcoming guests. There are three other homes on the 3-acre estate that sustained some roof damages other is a potential for noise.

**This property has a “Value Property” designation**

Vacation on lush Captiva Island in an updated old Florida Cabin on a 3-acre site right on the Bay. Inexpensive but fully furnished. This simple cabin has a living room with plenty of seating and a flat-screen television. The first bedroom features a king bed and flat screen tv the second bedroom has a queen bedroom. There is also a pullout in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a small kitchen table with seating for four.

The lush Baywatch estate grounds offer two shared docks with electricity and water for fishing or boating. Take one of our kayaks into Buck Key, a historic small island directly across from the docks. Catch up on your reading, play computer games, or just nap on the Cabin deck or the bay decks where native birds fly freely and the fish just jump out of the water. Fire up your own gas grill to prepare some fresh fish that you may have just caught off the Bay, that you can enjoy on your deck lanai. Turn right out of the driveway to Captiva Village to try some of the main restaurants or shops on Andy Rosse lane, or turn left onto Captiva Drive to go to Blind Pass for fabulous shelling.

Baywatch Cabin does not have deeded beach access.

Two kayaks are present for guest use on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Rent Baywatch Cabin or with one or all of the other Baywatch homes on the 3-acre estate. All homes are pet friendly with an additional fee.

Fun getaway, lots of sun and fishing
This little property was great! We knew of the limited amenities based on the listing, but the use of the dock and parking access was awesome. The management staff responded to all of our questions promptly. The homeowners were visiting another home on the property and could not have been more welcoming. Laid back and relaxed. Thanks for another wonderful visit to Captiva.

Not what was advertised
The listing stated beach property but there was no beach, just pier which you could not access the water due to ladder full of barnacles. Cabin description was 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which actually belonged to another house on the property. They house itself had issues with worms and bugs. They ended up switching us to another house with a pool which was nice because we now had no water access except a block and a half walk to the beach. There was a bad rotten egg smell a couple of days after we were there and it appeared that the septic was sipping out. T he management company was very helpful in trying to help with the situation.
