"This property is in a little town in Northern Italy that we chose so we could get to Trieste, Venice, Croatia and Slovenia all is less than one hour driving. The accommodations were so authentic and very well appointed. We loved the small village, the restaurants there as well as the winery. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Italy. We all loved the home and the people that ran it. Such a beautiful and safe environment. "

"Das Appartement war sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung, wunderschöne Lage direkt an der Lagune. Schöne, große Balkone, einer davon mit Blick auf die Lagune. Supermarkt sehr nah, ebenso sehr gute Restaurants. Fahrradverleih direkt um die Ecke. Strand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Vermieter ist auch sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. "

"Super schön restauriertes Häuschen, der Vermieter hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hat sich ganz viel Zeit genommen, uns über die Region zu informieren. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen und hatten eine super schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!"

"Alles ganz unkompliziert gelaufe italiener sind da sehr entspannt. Eine Klimaanlage wäre noch top gewesen aber mit den Ventilatoren waren sher hilfreich. Von dort kann man schnell überall hin verona venedig triest etc."

"Etwas zu ruhig gelegen, keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 30 Minuten Autofahrt nach Triest. Es war trotz des schlechten Wetters schön, vor allem Ausflüge nach Muggia und Triest."

"Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, solche Ferienwohnungen findet man selten in Italien. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge nach Udine, Slowenien, Triest, Venedig. Die Wohnung hat Terrasse und Garten und Zugang zum Schloßpark. Wir waren bei Temperaturen bis 37°C dort. Es gibt eine zentrale Klimaanlage, die vollkommen ausreicht für angenehme Temperaturen innen. Es war alles sehr sauber (bis auf den Kühlschrank). Das Doppelbett war etwas schaukelig und durchgelegen. Das Einzelbett ist nicht mehr wie...

"Das Haus ist super toll, gepflegt und liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Auch der Garten beim Haus ist toll gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. In direkter Nähe ist ein kleiner Laden, eine Pizzeria und ein Cafe vorhanden, und das Haus ist trotzdem ländlich gelegen. Ausflüge nach Grado oder Marina Julia zum Baden sind genauso möglich, wie Stadtbesichtigungen. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit der ganze Familie."

"We had a very nice time in this tastefully furnished apartment. Drinks, fruit and other treats were available to welcome us. There was also a safe and dry place for our bikes in the courtyard. Communication and handing over the keys was extremely straightforward. Thank you very much!"

"Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day"
