"Hi Folks, we had an absolutely fantastic weekend at Tiamo on Amoria ,Sherryn and George are the most friendly and accommodating hosts. The accommodation is luxurious clean and extremely classy with an incredible Ocean Front. " Oceans Forever View" totally awsome. And its only a short walk down to a quiet little sandy beach to the gentle waves to relax with family and friends. We will certainly be holidaying there again . Tropical Cheers from Steve and Family. "Very welcoming even though it was late when we arrived. The meal we ordered was excellent. Parking was great especially with towing a car trailer loaded with a large car. The area was very quiet. The unit is very spacious. "

"Apartment was great. Location on top of a hill meant using the car all the time. Legs could not hack the walk back up the hill! Nice view though. Really great set up. Only a couple of niggles. Car parks are tight. We have a Mazda 3, but big suv's struggle to fit. And our shower did not drain properly meaning there was still water there the next night which could het slippery. "

"Hard to check in, property manager didn’t supply check in details ,had to chase them up for 3 hours after check in time, property is ground floor with no privacy ,balcony and only window for living area is at main door for unit complex .Noisey with people walking past bedroom windows that look over the entry hall ,all times of night.The unit was well equipped in the kitchen. There was no soap for showers. Unit was clean and centrally located to town. Thats why I give it an average review"

"The unit is clean, the views match what is promised, and the unit is well situated in the heart of Yeppoon, an easy walk to the beach and the shops. The only minor downside is that people with mobility issues might find accessing the beach/shops on foot more of a challenge, but would be able to access the flat itself from the car park without any issues."
