"Hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location, right near city center. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast included eggs & bacon which was a pleasant surprise - all food was as very tasty. Only complaint was that the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t go below 24° and was unable to be fixed leaving us quite uncomfortable when sleeping. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Capri. "

"This hotel looks over the beach and coast on the south side of Capri. The views are amazing. Our room had a private balcony with a view of the Faraglione Rocks. There is a restaurant on the property. Elevator to the rooms. Room was spacious and clean. Extra pillows were available. The hotel has a free shuttle into Capri town that runs all day. The shuttle stop is on Via Roma, 5 min walk west of Piazzetta di Capri, where other shuttles stop. The hotel offers a pay shuttle to the Ferry Port that you can schedule. The staff was very helpful with everything, and they spoke English. We were able to leave our luggage there before our check-in time."
