"The house was just as pictured. The only surprise was having to meet someone in town to follow them to the house. Driveway was a challenge, but once we got used to it, it was easy to find. Guido had the pool ready for us earlier than he had planned. And we certainly enjoyed it. The views are stunning and the sunsets are incredible. Our goal was to centrally locate and then visit all the surrounding areas of Umbria, CC Perugia, Orvietto, Cortona, And many more. This was the perfect location....

"My family just got home from a perfect stay at the Villa Campi di Sotto! I just can't say enough for the the whole experience... First, the Villa itself is in a lovely setting, surrounded by the rolling green hills of Umbria. "Very clean with lots of nice touches. Tea bags, sugar, spices, olive oil and laundry detergent ptovided.We only needed a very small amount and it was nice to have them already there. Easy to find even on the narrow streets. Be sure to enter through the Porta Romana gate. Our Navigation took us in a different way through a ZTL one time. About 10 steps just inside front door that were unexpected but managed fine. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. "

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."
