"We enjoyed the esthetic of this old house. We were there in late October and while there is heat, it is an older drafty house without modern windows etc and the thermostat limited to 19 C, which felt kind of chilly. I think it would be wonderful in summer. Kitchen was good except all the knives were very dull- hard to cut our baguette. The listing says there is a dryer and hot tub, but there is not. Only a washer and bathtub. The cleanliness was okay but once I discovered it was our job to clean...

"Months’ old dust, cobwebs, dirty floors, a toilet that smelt strongly of urine, a gas oven with no instructions that we couldn’t get to work, dirty floors - this house was upsetting to our group of 4. I will forward photos on my return home and would like a refund."

"Het huisje is prima verzorgd, doortrekken van de wc is een zeer luidruchtig gebeuren. Aan beide zijden van de straat staat een verboden toegang voor alle verkeer bord, is niet duidelijk dat je gewoon de straat in mag rijden, verder is parkeren een dingetje maar keurig opgelost, geen idee door wie."

"The property was well situated on quiet street in Albert 10 minutes walk to supermarket,train station and restaurants. I found the property to be clean, spacious with an open plan living room and kitchen. Toilet was downstairs with a shower and washing machine available, bedrooms were comfortable , clean with plenty of space. "Located in a very convenient position, it felt like home straight away. Restaurants, park, museum, church, corner shop and a public parking area all a block away. Very close to the railway also. Clean fresh and cosy, but still plenty of room. Thank you to our host Anne-Laurence for presenting such a delightful property."
