Apartment "Villa Sterlizia-Verde" with Sea View, Wi-Fi & Terrace

In the midst of the lush nature of Elba, Villa Sterlizia is located with the apartment "Villa Sterlizia-Verde", not far from the village of Lacona. The modern, recently renovated studio apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, SAT-TV and a washing machine. The child-friendly accommodation also provides you with a crib and a child's high chair.
In the private outdoor area, there is a private terrace of approx. 25m2 where you can sunbathe or have an aperitif with friends while admiring the sea. Children can let off steam in the shared garden with an outdoor shower and a small play area.
The highlight of the villa is its optimal location. You can reach a supermarket and a restaurant after only 5 minutes walk (350 m and 450 m respectively). A wider selection of restaurants, bars and cafes can be found after a 10-minute walk. The great sandy beach of Lacona is 400 m away and can also be reached on foot.

Wirklich Wunderbar
Ein schönes, ruhiges Haus / Appartement im Grünen, wenige Minuten Fußweg mitten durch Natur (und einem schönen Campingplatz mit netten Lokal) zum Lacona Sandstrand. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht, sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Gewürze … wer will Klimaanlage, aber auch bei 30 Grad draußen braucht man die nicht, die Trasses bleibt recht luftig. Dazu sehr sehr liebe und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Preis Leistung top! Kommen gerne wieder.
