"Staff was amazing great family they are very helpful and considerate of there guest and go above and beyond my wife and I had an amazing stay in Messina 41 which made my wife very happy especially her maiden name being Messina she felt right at home thank you so much for having us "

"The location is gorgeous and it made our stay worthwhile. Said that the two bedroom unit was poorly kept (thick scale on all taps, broken shower cabin...), no breakfast, WiFi available only in the reception building. NO room service. Only wire transfer, check or cash was accepted for payment. The pictures on Expedia did not match what I saw. Positives: free shuttle rides back and forth the "hotel" and the village center."

"Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und das liebevolle Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Rezeptionistin konnte gut Deutsch und konnte mit vielen tollen Tipps weiterhelfen. Die Zimmer wurden nur einmal pro Woche gereinigt, aber auch das Zimmerpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorsorglich sehr ausreichend mit Toilettenpapier, Mülltüten und anderem versorgt. Wir waren zur Nebensaison (Anfang Mai) im Hotel und leider war der hoteleigene Pool nicht gefüllt und somit unbenutzbar....

It was a nice room with a steaming hot shower; which felt great after a long day of travel. We ate at the michelin rated restaurant below the apartment–note: the aparment host also runs the restaurant. Highly recommend eating there, likely the one of the best restaurants in Milazzo. "A fabulous stay. From checking into the hotel, the front seat staff was hospitable, accommodating and helpful. The staff took time to discuss many questions and concerns only for us to lean that he shift was ending and she treated us as if we were the only people. He king in! The breakfast is fabulous … love the coffee bar and more! "

"Jolly Charme Suite is beautiful, clean, and very modern. We had a beautiful view of the Strait of Messina. The staff was exceptional and was there to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was unbelievable. I can't say enough positive things about his place. When we go back to Messina to visit family, we will only stay at Jolly. "

"Staying at Villa Pulejo is a unique experience in like staying in a historical masterpiece. The facilities were modernized but you can still visualize the grandeur this mansion was built for. Walking around the grounds we found treasures like the centuries old magnolia trees, meticulously kept garden and the original horse stable. Staff went above and beyond without smothering you. Fruits came from groves on property. We will cherish memories made during our 9 days stay. "

"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good."
